Diana Fritz Cates

Diana Fritz Cates is professor of religious ethics at the University of Iowa. She works primarily within the Aristotelian-Thomistic moral tradition on the nature of the self and issues related to moral psychology, including the structure and role of virtue and emotion and the internal causes of moral evil. She also focuses on issues related to bioethics and serves as co-editor of the Journal of Religious Ethics.
