Ramon Harvey

Ramon Harvey’s research includes early Islam, Western approaches to Islamic studies, early Muslim sects, and the history of political philosophy. He is a lecturer of Islamic Studies at Ebrahim College, a Muslim seminary, in London. He served as a research fellow at the Cambridge Muslim College prior to his post at Ebrahim College. His first book, entitled The Qur’an and the Just Society, will be published by Edinburgh University Press in 2017. In 2016, he won The British Imams and Scholars Contributions and Achievements award.
