Recep Şentürk

Recep Şentürk is dean of the College of Islamic Studies at Hamad bin Khalifa University, Qatar. He specializes in civilization and Islamic studies, and he has published in English, Turkish, and Arabic, including numerous journal articles and Narrative Social Structure: Anatomy of the Hadith Transmission Network, 610-1505 (2005). He previously served as professor of sociology at Fatih University in Istanbul and taught at the Art Institute of Pittsburg, Rensellar Polytechnic Institute, and Emory University Law School.
