The Common Heritage Series

DSPT-e-flyerind-Latest.jpg#asset:5245

Both Catholic and Islamic thought draw from a common Ancient Philosophical tradition, interpreted during the Middle Ages. This Common Heritage Series is part of a new partnership between Zaytuna College and the Dominican School of Philosophy & Theology which brings faculty and students together in exploration of this shared heritage.

The Series begins with two special talks drawing from the Ancient liberal arts perspectives on language and number.

These talks are co-sponsored by Renovatio, the journal of Zaytuna College. Renovatio published "Medina and Athena: Restoring a Lost Legacy" by Hamza Yusuf in its Spring 2019 issue.

Note: For those unable to attend in person, we will post videos of the events in the near future, God willing.
